Well, thank you everyone who left messages for our 10th blogiversary! Because I took last Wednesday off for the 10th anniversary post, I actually have 5 posts to share in this week’s French Ethereal features.

***On a side note, friends… Please stay away from these desert parks for camping until we get well into fall when the temps get into the lower 90’s during the day and lower at night. It’s just way too hot to camp and hike (and dangerous healthwise) this time of year.
From experience, Death Valley is wonderful in March and April but still will be in the 90’s during the daytime but night temps get in the 50’s or less.
Joshua Tree is wonderful in January with daytime temps in the high 60’s or low 70’s but will drop to 24 degrees overnight. I know this from personal experience. 🙂
